A TYPICAL DAY
ON RETREAT
No rigid schedules—just a thoughtfully crafted flow to help you reconnect, recharge, and soak in the magic of midlife and Paros.
While some days will include special activities or excursions, here’s the general rhythm you can expect:
MORNING
7:00AM - 10:00AM Travel to Tao’s + Morning Practice & Workshop
Ease into the day with a peaceful walk (20 min) or car ride to Tao’s Center, where we’ll begin with grounding movement, breathwork, and a reflective workshop focused on midlife transitions, personal reflection, and empowerment.
10:00AM - 11:00AM Breakfast at Tao’s Center
A fresh, locally sourced breakfast while enjoying most beautiful panoramic views in Paros.
AFTERNOON
This is your time. Swim in the Aegean, wander through sun-drenched villages, sip coffee by the pool, book a private energy healing or spa session. Some days may include group excursions to nearby beaches or cultural sites.
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Island Time & Self care
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Afternoon Practice
A slower, more introspective movement session to restore, reflect, and integrate the day’s experiences.
EVENING
7:00PM - 9:00PM Dinner
Gather around the table for a nourishing meal—most nights at Tao’s Center, with a couple of special evenings dining in nearby villages.
No pressure, no expectations—just space to be, to grow, and to embrace this phase of life in a way that feels true to you.
